Ms. Gonzales conducts private and Court Ordered family law mediations for parties with or without legal representation, in all areas of family mediation, including all areas of dissolution disputes, i.e., custody and visitation disputes, child support, and alimony disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and paternity actions, in connection with initial and post-judgment actions.

Collaborative Law Services

 Ms. Gonzales also serves a collaborative lawyer. Collaborative law is an emerging area in the divorce process that allows parties involved in the dissolution of their marriage, the opportunity to resolve their issues in a non-adversarial manner. Both parties are represented by lawyers, and all participate, together, in conferences, informal discussions, mediation or other non-litigation alternatives, in a combined effort to resolve the parties issues. In addition to the obvious financial benefit, the parties have not destroyed their ability to effectively communicate with one another in the future. This can be extremely beneficial to families that have children.
